- The Government has rescheduled the Tactical Hardware Technical Exchange. The event will occur on Tuesday, 29 January 2019 on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland at the Top of the Bay. All vendors wishing to be a part of the governmental technical exchange must register no later than 5:00p.m. (EST) January 22, 2019.
