- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely to increase software MSU's to 5,752 with Innovation Data Processing Inc., located 275 Paterson Ave STE 301, Little Falls, NJ, 07424- 32714-5627. For software and maintenance under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) "Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available..." Innovation Software proprietary software and maintenance are only available from Innovation Data Processing Inc., who is the sole source provider of the required software maintenance. Innovation Data Processing Inc., has access to the source code necessary to provide the required maintenance subscription composed of version upgrades and updates, bugs fixes and patches order for Innovation Data Processing Inc., Innovation Data software increase is for 5 months ending 03/31/2019. Written responses to this Notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Submissions shall not exceed 5MB. This is not a request for quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not notify respondents of the results of the information received. All submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to sherrie.williams@ssa.gov no later than 12:00pm noon Wednesday, October 17, 2018. Telephone calls regarding this matter will neither be accepted nor returned
