Description

Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Data Innovations, LLC (DUNS 964900463), 120 Kimball Avenue, Suite 100, South Burlington, Vermont 05403 for the following services: Support for Instrument Manger Care. The estimated cost of this contract is $22,622.55. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5 million for this procurement. The expected award date for this contract is on or about November 5, 2018. The contractor shall provide Support of IM Interface Connection Upgrade software Support of Instrument Manager Support of Connection of Back-Up System Support of IM Back-Up Software Support of Specimen Management Package Training Fundamentals for existing customers located at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 for the base year period of November 12, 2018 through November 11, 2019, and four (4) one (1) year option periods, through November 11, 2023. Performance Objective: To ensure data generated by laboratory analyzers is transferred to the LIS with minimal interruptions. Responses shall be received no later than 7 calendar days after the posting of this notice and shall be submitted via e-mail only to Leslie Robinson, Contracting Officer, leslie.robinson@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted and phone calls will not be returned. Responses received will be evaluated. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement (based on the responses received to this notice) is solely within the discretion of the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in responses. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
