- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Raytheon Company Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), San Diego, California for procurement of design agent engineering and technical services for the overall management, development, testing, troubleshooting, repair, configuration, maintenance and fleet sustainment of fielded networks and associated network user systems/clients on operational LPD 17 Class Amphibious Transport Dock Ships. The anticipated solicitation will include cost-plus-fixed-fee contract line items for procurement of services for one (1) 12-month base year, and four (4) 12-month options years. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis.
