Description

The Government is seeking to identify qualified 8(a) vendors for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with four option years for services to include experience in various IT and general business areas. As part of this process, this notice is seeking information from vendors to determine which companies have the functional/technical skills and interest to support this effort. Most work will be performed in Mechanicsburg, PA, but could be required in any Navy location in the continental US or Hawaii. Some of the necessary key points to address at this time are: �Staff augmentation (for gaps and/or surge) for a Navy IT agency (to include both IT and supporting non-IT positions) � Anticipated task durations to be 3 �12 months �Labor categories to be defined (limited examples include Data base manager, Software developer (by specialty), administrative assistant, Supply analyst (by specialty), etc) �Pool of 8A vendors, with access to discuss anticipated needs in advance �Quick 2-week turn-around task orders �Candidate pools with appropriate certifications and security checks necessary (relevant to the skillset/position) already in place for quick starts The NAICS code of 541519 listed in this sources sought is a preliminary chosen NAICS code and not necessarily the NAICS code that will be used for the contract.
