- PWS Oral Presentation Questions Technical Qualifications Combine synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted IAW FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and using oral Presentations; therefore, competitive range determinations as provided for in FAR part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, are not applicable to acquisitions under this FAR Part 13 Acquisitions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-98). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541612 with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million; preference is given to small business. The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) seeks to purchase Equal Employment Opportunity Consultant Support Services. OPIC anticipates awarding a Time and Material (T&M) contract. See below for any additional information. Constraints 1. US. Citizenship or legal, permanent resident with a minimum of 5 years of residency history. 2. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. 3. Place of performance will be at OPIC Headquarters in Washington, DC. 4. Statement of Employment & Financial Interest (i.e. Office of Government Ethics "OGE Form-450," or similar statement) may be required. 5. Active and approved System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) registration. 6. A minimum of 7 years of full-time senior level professional experience.
