- ATTACHMENT 4 - Past Performance Matrix ATTACHMENT 3- SF 1420 ATTACHMENT 2- Certification Regarding Lobbying ATTACHMENT 1- Public Private Partnerships and Global Development Alliances The Full Solicitation # SOL-72011419R00001 USAID Economic Security Program in Georgia This Synopsis/Solicitation is the re-post of the Presolicitation Notice 72011418R00010 - USAID Economic Security Program in Georgia, posted on September 26, 2018, which was cancelled due to the technical error and presolicitation number change. The purpose of the USAID Economic Security Program in Georgia is to accelerate the growth of sectors outside of agriculture that show strong potential to create jobs, increase incomes, increase micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) revenues, and support diversification to more productive economic activities, including the tourism sector and up to 3 additional sectors. The program will achieve this purpose by improving the workforce, including professional, management, and vocational skill development; supporting new service and product development; strengthening cooperation between key sector stakeholders; and developing and co-funding partnerships that have catalytic impacts in these sectors. By accelerating growth in these sectors, the USAID Economic Security Program will contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth and economic diversification for Georgia. Subject to availability of funds, USAID/Georgia contemplates award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed -fee (CPFF) Completion Type Contract for a period of five (5) years from the date of award.
