- Arial View Building 110 Cable TV and High Speed Internet Service SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F7B3SGXXXXXXX is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The NAICS code that applies is 515210 and business size is $38,500,000.00. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition. The 119th WG/SCX has a requirement to install Cable Television (CATV) infrastructure and provide CATV services on Hector Field ANGB in Fargo, ND. The requirement is being pursued by the 119 SCX in order to bring CATV services to the base populous for MWR and World situation monitoring on multiple news channels that will be utilized by the shops such as the Regional Training Site, Fire Department, Security Forces and other missions that run a 24-hour shift; to be used during official breaks and down times. There is an additional requirement for a scalable fiber optic internet connection. This requirement is being pursued to fulfill mission needs for various areas on base with authorization for a commercial Internet Service Provider.
