- The Great Plains Indian Health Service intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed-Price, Purchase Order with Vista Staffing Solutions to continue services that will provide support in the completion of continuity of care by hiring permanent, full-time physicians. Under (FAR 6.302-1) - Only one responsible source (except brand name), these services must continue with the incumbent, because the physicians have already started the work and must finish. This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a request for proposal (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests or e-mails will not be honored.
