The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, on behalf of the Fort Sill Logistics Readiness Center, in support of the U.S. Army Fort Sill, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Full Food Services (FFS) and Dining Facility Attendants (DFA). The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $38.5M with a provision that the requirement is subject to Randolph-Sheppard Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the State Licensing Agencies (SLA). The Solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
