- The EDFP data is what should be used by an interested party to determine if they are capable of providing the Government with any or all of these parts. Parts for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 1 (Inc 1) This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Market Survey or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this market survey. This will be used to gather market research and to make decisions regarding the development of acquisition strategies. The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources to provide the listed parts immediately upon contract award, for the WIN-T Inc 1 program.
