- FA3016VRTrainers Sources Sought with Draft SOO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will noe be considered proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. Any information provided by businesses to the Government is strictly voluntary. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice. Contact with other than 502 Contracting Squadron personnel by potential offerors or their employees regarding this notice is prohibited. The purpose of this notice is to conduct Market Research only. The Government is conducting Market Research to identify companies as potential sources, that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to competently and competitively respond to the requirements to provide Virtual Reality (VR) Interactive Aircraft Trainers with 45 individual virtual interactive training stations to the specifications listed in Section 2 of the attached "Draft" Statement of Objectives (SOO). Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Sources Sought Synopsis, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
