- Detailed Scope of Work Clauses 2018 Solicitation COAST GUARD CUTTER POLAR STAR DESCRIPTION: Steering Consoles, Groom. (per attached SOW) Cutter POC: Mr. Joshua Herring(Joshua.c.herring@uscg.mil) Period of Performance: Primary: Nov 5-8, 2018. Secondary Nov 12-15, 2018. Location: 1519 Alaskan Way South, Seattle, WA 98134 OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT QUOTES AS FOLLOWS Date: Thursday October 25, 2018 Time: 0700 Pacific Standard Time (PST) Place: Michelle.M.Garcia@uscg.mil REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Each Offeror shall furnish the information required by the solicitation, which includes: Section 1: Price Quote including cost breakdown and Groom Performance Test Plan. Section 2: Past Performance / References Proposal (This section should include the offerors completed representations and certifications, duns #); and Section 3: Any issued amendments to the solicitation. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The contract is expected to be awarded on or about October 25, 2018. QUESTIONS: The last day to ask questions will be Monday, October 22, 2018, 0800 Pacific Standard Time (PST). Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle.M.Garcia@uscg.mil. After this date, unless amended, questions will not be accepted. Please Note: Amendments to this solicitation will be publicized in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation.
