UPDATE 10/16/2018: The project Request for Offers (RFO) document is now available for download from this website, see the hyperlink below titled, �RFO - 697DCK-18-R-00553 Roof Retrofit Samoa SSC, Pago Pago. � The RFO contains contract terms and conditions as well as complete instructions for submitting an offer. Also, the project technical documents are updated as follows. a. The SOW file dated 10-03-2018 is replaced with a 10-11-2018 version, see the hyperlink below titled �1. SOW - 697DCK-18-R-00553 Roof Retrofit Samoa SSC (10-11-2018 Edit, Roof Retrofit 10-10-18). � b. The Tech Spec file dated 10-03-2018 is replaced with a 10-11-2018 version, see the hyperlink below titled, �2. Tech Spec - 697DCK-18-R-00553 Roof Retrofit Samoa SSC (10-11-2018 Specifications Package 10-10-18). � c.
