- Draft Statement of Work NOTICE: Sources Sought SOLICITATION#: TBD POSTING DATE: 16 October 2018 RESPONSE DATE: 26 October 2018, 11:00 a.m. CST (Central Standard Time) NAICS Code: 517919 - All Other Telecommunications SB Size Standard: $32.5 million This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis and is for information purposes only. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. The information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice will not be utilized to determine vendor standing in any future/potential Request for Quote/Request for Proposal, nor will it be utilized to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit a Request for Quote/Request for Proposal for any future/potential requirement. The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought request. All future/proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Governmentwide Point of Entry will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Governmentwide Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought request. Hurlburt Field is conducting research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide the following: 0001 - PHONE CONNECTION: Phone service for an existing phone line, inclusive of 20+ calling features, unlimited local calling, caller ID, call forwarding, and three way calling. This is a NAF (Nonappropriated Funds) requirement. This phone service is required at the following address: FamCamp building 93261 at 201 Down Circle Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 Period of Performance: 17 January 2019 through 16 January 2020 Instruction to Offerors: To indicate positive interest or submit questions in regards to this requirement, please submit the following to the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron: 1. Recent and relevant past performance on similar work and indicate how your firm is capable of performing the services as identified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). If none, indicate as such. A lack of past performance does not preclude contractors from indicating positive interest. 2. Include your firm's standard timeframe for completing services as identified in the SOW. 3. POC (name, telephone number, and email address) along with contractor's CAGE Code, DUNS, and the physical location of your facility. 4. Provide what calling features are customarily provided with phone service and if the phone itself is provided with the service. 5. Provide the type of phone service that can be provided for existing phone lines or if completely new lines would need to be installed with junction boxes, only VoIP is offered, etc. 6. Explain if a site visit would prove beneficial to understand the requirement. 7. Provide any additional questions concerning this requirement. Required Information: This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal. Any interested party who can offer all of the above may submit an electronic written reply, of not more than 3 pages, addressing each of the above items and defining how their location is capable of ALL minimum requirements listed above.
