- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1650 Filter Bowl. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1650-010350647. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1650-010350647 Filter Bowl Estimated Annual Demand Qty-60 each Minimum Order Quantity - 15 each Maximum Order Quantity - 60 each Maximum Contract Quantity - 470 each This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) The approved source of supply is as follows: Pall Aeropower Corporation 18350 P/N AA-A019-45D2A FOB: Destination I/A: Destination This is a Critical Application Item. Delivery is 133 Days ARO This NSN has been identified as a surge item by the government. Surge is defined as accelerated production, maintenance, and repair of selected items, and the expansion of logistic support services to meet contingencies short of a declared national emergency utilizing existing facilities and equipment. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
