The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 60 each up to 300 each maximum of a ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-ME, NSN: 1680-01-557-9613, Part Number: 70400-02260-128 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 60 each Year 2: 60 each Year 3: 60 each Year 4: 60 each Year 5: 60 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 60 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DThis item is limited in competition to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, Cage Code 78286, and KEARFOTT GUIDANCE & NAVIGATION CORP, Cage Code 05088. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.ACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
