- Description
- Work includes, but is not limited to: contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the installation of a Lenel electronic physical access control system (ePACS) in the USDA office area, including (2) new mortise locks, (2) new Aiphone systems and all necessary wiring and equipment to have a complete system. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after award. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on October 30, 2018, with offers due on November 20, 2018. Anticipated award date is December 15, 2018. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered and active with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. All those in receipt of the Government Documents are expected to safeguard the Sensitive but Unclassified information of this project in accordance with the "Document Security for Sensitive But Unclassified Building Information," GSA Order, PBS P 3490.2, dated September 2, 2014, which PROHIBITS the COPYING, DISSEMINATION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF THESE DRAWINGS, PLANS, OR SPECIFICATIONS TO UNAUTHORIZED USERS.
