CONTRACT TYPE: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Lube Oil testing services as described in Section C, Statement of Work. 2. BASIS OF COMPETITION: A Single Award IDIQ contract shall result from this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. 3. MINIMUM & MAXIMUM: The guaranteed minimum is $100,000.00. The contract maximum shall be the maximum units for all CLINS 0001-0134. 4. QUESTIONS: All questions in regards to this subject RFP shall be submitted in writing to Brandon.mormello@navy.mil no later than 30 October 2018 by 04:00PM EST.
