- This request has been cancelled due to a change in requirements. NSN 2540-01-538-3531, ARMOR SUPPLEMENTAL. This item is being bought in accordance with BAE Systems Land Armaments L.P. (076M6) P/N 6432617-200M1 and BAE Systems Protection Systems (54786) PN 6432617-200M1. Surplus material is acceptable. The required quantity is 426 each to be shipped to (SW3227) DLA Distribution Red River Receiving Bldg. 499 10TH Street and K Avenue Texarkana TX 75507-5000. The required delivery is 300 days. FOB origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at destination are required. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 06/18/18. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to "best value" procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars. Submission of proposal by electronic commerce (e-mail) is allowed.
