- Special Notice This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23 rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to Unify, Inc. for the purpose of providing maintenance and repair of the installed Advance Console System (ACS), Siemens HiPath 4000 Computerized Branch Exchange (CBX) and additional products noted in the following sentence located at Moody Command Post, Moody AFB, GA (AFB). This system consists of the CBX, ACS which are Siemens touch screen turrets, administrative terminal, interface units to various radio circuits (UHF, LMR), station line equipment, OptiPoint telephones, digital recorder, and other ancillary equipment necessary to provide complete communications services to Moody AFB (ACS System). Unify, Inc. shall prove services for the maintenance of the ACS at Moody AFB, GA. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by email to the following POCs: A1C Robert Howard, Contracting Administrator : robert.howard.36@us.af.mil Mr. Victor Houston, Contracting Officer : victor.houston.1@us.af.mil Inquiries must be submitted NO LATER THAN : Wednesday, 31 October 2018 @ 11:00 AM EST. This is NOT a Request For Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
