- MARKET SURVEY SOURCES SOUGHT NSN 6110 01 647 1686 Sources Sought: SPRAL118R0071 DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for the NSN listed below and the approved source for all NSNs is Moog Inc (68J03). CLIN 0001 NSN 6110-01-647-1686, Part Number CB47396-001; DISTRIBUTION BOX; QTY. 8 EA. Based on market research these items are not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. FOB Origin and Inspection Acceptance at Destination is required. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b.
