- FAR CLAUSES STATEMENT OF WORK FOR BOILER AND FURNACE INSPECTION BOILERS AND FURNACE INSPECTION This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-19-Q-LBL00300 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified offerrors may submit bids/price quotes. In particular, US Coast Guard Sector San Francisco requires the following below items: 1. Contractor must provide all the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and licenses as required to perform the necessary inspection, overhaul, cleaning and adjustment for five (5) each boilers and one (1) each furnace in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All prospective vendors/contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and must comply to all pertinent Federal Acquisitions Regulations and all local, state laws and other regulations deem necessary and applicable for the performance and completion of the stated contract. All proposals will be evaluated base on past performance, flexibility, technical knowledged and price (not necesssarily in that order). All proposals/bids must be submitted to: Noel P.
