Description
Source Sought - PWS QA Testing Blanket Purchase Request for Quality Assurance Testing for Construction Contracts This Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District to establish a list of sources interested in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services related to Quality Assurance Testing for Construction Contracts. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing " charge accounts " with qualified sources of supply. The BPA does not guarantee, nor obligate the Government to, any orders to a BPA holder in any way. The agreements will have a period of performance of five (5) years from the date the Master Agreement is established. As services are required, the Government will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to vendors actively holding a BPA Master Agreement. BPA holders will not be required to quote on every RFQ. Quotes will be required to be submitted electronically, via email, or fax. Interested Vendors should be capable of provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform any of the activities listed in Table 1 through 5. Any of the activities, or combination of activities, may be required anywhere within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Nashville District area of responsibility shown in Figure 1. To be eligible for a BPA, an Interested Vendor SHALL has an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM), at www.sam.gov.
