- This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Contract under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) for the acquisition of the following: 6135-00-168-3722 (Battery, Nonrechargeable) not to exceed 36 months or the SAT Threshold, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 10/16 /2019 ; Quotes can be submitted via DIBBS in accordance with the solicitation or emailed Valerie Jones at Valerie.jones@dla.mil. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. The proposed contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration shall not exceed 3 years. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or around its issue date of 26 Oct 2016. Required delivery is 239 days including First Article Test and 179 days without FAT. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destinationn is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements is at origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Drawings/Specifications will be available through DIBBS.
