- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 11/09/2018 and respond due date 12/10/2018. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 75919680; and solicit Unrestricted for Sole Source of supply as the actual manufacturer. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-19-R-0188 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1670-01-329-8010, Sling, Rescue, Helicopter for 63 each. Item is Critical Application and Navy Critical/Flight Safety. Item is Export Control and is not commercial. Item acquire in accordance with Cage 08484 Part Number 14578-1 requirements. Required delivery objective is 155 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
