- This posting serves as the official Presoliciation Notice. The Department of State intends to issue a solicitation for Visa Support Services at the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, NH and the Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, KY. This opportunity is a small business set-aside. The solicitation will result in a single-award hybrid contract, with a combination of firm fixed price, labor hour, and cost reimbursable line items for a base year and four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed.
