- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Site Map for MG Oliver O. Howard in Auburn, ME PLEASE READ ENTIRE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION BEFORE CONTACTING FOR QUESTIONS The Army Contracting Command NJ - Fort Dix, is issuing this solicitation that will result in a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with the PWS (please see PWS for detailed requirement). Grounds Maintenance Services include but at not limited to: mowing and trimming/edging at the MG Oliver O. Howard USARC/AMSA located at 1072 Minot Ave, Auburn, ME 04210. The period of performance is one (1) Base Year and four (4) One-Year Option Periods. The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is set aside 100% for Small Business. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM (System for Award Management), http://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM system may result in a delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of Award. The required response date is included in the solicitation, Block 8 (the response date listed on FBO is an estimated date). It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED. *** Contractor Offers shall be submitted via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/ using the Document Upload option.
