- The purpose of this amendment is to provide FAA responses to industry questions regarding the required test plan and lab configurations. No other changes are made. Request for Information (RFI) is to: (1) inform industry stakeholders that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to establish an FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) Industry Ted Bed (FITB); (2) solicit comments on the operational concept of the FITB; and (3) gauge the level of interest in industry participation.
