Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-19-Q-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20181001. This is a total small business set-side. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees; the size standard for nonmanufacturers is 500 employees. Quotes are being requested for the following: CLIN 0001: Mobile Laundry Trailer. Unit of Issue: Each Quantity: 1 The laundry trailer must have the following minimum (salient) characteristics: 1. Trailer must not be greater than 48 feet in length 2. Trailer must have ten (10) washers and (10) dryers 3. Washers and dryers must be electrical 4. Max Dryer and Washer size: 27"x 38" x 31.5" 4. Trailer must have one (1) utility sink 5. Trailer must have two (2) 4-feet, or longer, tables for folding clothes 6. Trailer must be air conditioned 7. Electrical: 400 amps 220 volt single phase *Note: Please do not quote stackable washer and dryers. All items must be FOB Destination and priced as such. Delivery address is: Distribution Management Office Bldg 209 Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay, HI 96863 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
