- Various military activities in Louisiana and Mississippi area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of fresh bread and bakery products. Contract period for all Louisiana contracts is March 31, 2019 thru April 2, 2022. Contract period for all Mississippi contracts is April 7, 2019 thru April 2, 2022. The resultant contract(s) will be issued as a firm fixed price IQC with two pricing tiers for the term of the contract. The solicitation includes four award groups including: Group I: Louisiana- Ft. Polk; Group II: Louisiana -NAS New Orleans, USN Ships at Port of New Orleans and Avondale Shipyard; Group III: NCBC Gulfport, Mississippi; MS Air National Guard, Gulfport, MS; US Navy Ships at Ingalls Shipyard; Visiting Ships in Pascagoula, MS; Camp Shelby, MS; Group IV: Mississippi - NAS Meridian, MS; MS Air National Guard, Jackson, MS. Separate awards will be made for each group. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. Estimated solicitation issue date is approximately 1-2 weeks.
