Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Hampton, Virginia is in need of contractors to provide Architect and Engineering (AE) services throughout the VISN 6 region. In accordance with FAR 16.505(b) (1), each awardee will be given fair opportunity for award of each task order exceeding $5,000.00. The estimated maximum cumulative A/E fees under any resultant contract shall not exceed $20,000,000.00 per awardee, which is inclusive of the base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The minimum guarantee under any resultant contract is $5,000.00 for the base year only. Task orders shall not exceed $2,000,000.00. The NAICS codes are 541310/541330. The intent is to select multiple AE firms that can perform AE work across VISN 6. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this IDIQ procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about November 27, 2019. THIS IS ONLY A TENTATIVE DATE. It is the bidder s responsibility to check FBO for the actual release of solicitation. The solicitation will have specific dates for submission of firm proficiency and submission of SF330s. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. All interested parties must be verified in VETBIZ as an SDVOSB prior to submitting a bid. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
