- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for Coho egg analysis. The anticipated performance period is from 11/30/2018 to 01/03/2019. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is unrestricted and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The NAICS code is 541380 and the small business size standard is $15 million. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b). We intend to award a noncompetitive Purchase Order to EUROFINS SCIENTIFIC, INC. in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15) see the justification attached.
