- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6620-01-316-4782, INDICATOR, PRESSURE. The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The approved source is: PTI Technologies Inc. CAGE 05228 PN: 7586579. This is not a Commercial Item. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, FOB: Origin. Higher quality is required, critcal application item. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Surge requirements do apply. Required delivery is 137 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal(RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the RFP will not be available to requestors. Electronic offers and offers through DIBBS are acceptable.
