- The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to this market survey. The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request for proposals of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred associated in preparation or in response to this market survey. No contract of any kind will be created as a result of this Market Survey The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to update the HVAC at the Angel Peak ARSR near Las Vegas, Nevada. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: Excavate and place a new concrete air conditioning equipment pad. Demolition of the existing UPS room heating and air conditioning system, exterior supply and return air ductwork, electrical feeders and wiring, and all control sensors and components. Supply and install two 4 ton packaged air conditioners with economizers and electric heat options. Supply and install new exterior supply and return air ductwork. Supply and install a new Power Panel œEG . Supply and install new electrical. Supply and install new controls exactly as shown on the drawings. Supply and install controls conduit and wiring. Supply and install one new E/G room ventilation fan damper actuator. Supply and install grounding and bonding. Demoltion of the existing ARSR building heating and air conditioning equipment, exterior supply and return air ductwork, electrical feeders and wiring, and all control sensors and components. Supply and install four new 150,000 btuh air conditioning units, with economizers and stainless steel propane gas heat furnaces. Supply and install new propane fuel piping to all four units. Supply and install new exterior supply and return air ductwork. Supply and install new second floor interior ductwork and diffusers. Supply and install new circuit breakers in Panel œL . Supply and install conduit and electrical feeders. Supply and install fused disconnect switches. Supply and install air conditioning controls exactly as shown on the drawings. Supply and install controls conduit and wiring. Supply and install grounding and bonding. Perform testing and air balance. Provide start up and air balance report for each split system air conditioner. Provide a refrigeration report for each air conditioner. Provide new equipment one year warranty. The ROM for this project is between $500,000 and $750,000.
