- U.S. GOVERNMENT The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arkansas City / County Paris, AR/ Logan County Delineated Area: North : Zeiler St East : Kalamozoo Rd South: Klan St West : Harrison St Min/Max Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,151 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 1,729 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 16 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: Fifteen (15 Years) 120 days termination in whole or in part Firm Term: Additional Requirements: · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. · Class A or B space · <img src="file:///C:/Users/dsanders/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.gif" alt="" width="1" height="1" /> Contiguous, above ground, space preferred. · All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
