(CAGE 43WN8) is the only source capable of providing these NSNs. This procurement will be conducted using FAR [HCJCDLAM(3] 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items) in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiations and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government does not own the technical data packages (TDPs). The proposed contract type is one or more Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Long-Term Contract(s) (LTCs) for five years with no option years. Offers will be evaluated on a CLIN by CLIN basis and this requirement may result in the award of more than one contract. The solicitation number will be SPRBL1-19-R-0003 and posted on FBO.gov. The requirement will be NOT a Small Business set aside. Delivery is to the DLA Distribution Facility in New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet for viewing and downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov.
