Description

This is a sources sought/market research synopsis. The Alexandria VA Health Care System, Pineville, LA contracting office is performing market research to ascertain whether there are potential sources and their business size classification (HUB-Zone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Veteran Owned Small Business). The Medical Center is particularly interested in identifying Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)/Veteran Owned-Small Business (VOSB) and their capability. The medical center intends to pursue a contract for the equipment lease of a fully functioning/fully operable 1.5 Tesla (T) Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) System trailer for the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks, Gene Taylor Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Springfield, MO 65807. The contractor shall provide all equipment tools, materials, labor, transportation, site construction to include utility hook-up (power, data, telephone), equipment training, on-site installation, and anything else necessary to provide for a new fully functioning/fully operable 1.5 Telsa (T) MRI System Trailer. The period of performance is 12 months plus four (4) one-year options. The designated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 621512-Diagnostics Imaging Centers with a small business size standard of $15.0M. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes. A solicitation will be issued at a later date and time. All information submitted in response to this source sought notice is considered voluntary. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number, geographical location, business size and number of employees.
