- BAA Award The objective of this project is to develop improved ecosystem monitoring tools for chemical/biological and other military test ranges to better identify and communicate impacts of testing and coordinate testing to prevent disturbance while ensuring missions are performed without unnecessary delays. Results from this project will have potentially nationwide impact and will be shared with other military test ranges and other governmental and non-governmental entities.
