- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-19-T-0013 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis. Products must be Hewlett Packard under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. See Attached RFQ Award All or None Please include any IUID label fees. Please include shipping charges to zip code 20670 Authorized HP distributors only. If your reseller certificate does not accompany your quote, your quote will not be evaluated. Items must be brand new. Please include the Date of Delivery After Receipt of Order. Items must be received NLT 12/15/2018. Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by 5:00pm Est on 6 November 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
