Submit questions and responses to William.hepler@navy.mil The draft RFP has eleven attachments, but attachment H (Seed Task Order) is under development. Potential offerors are advised that the Government is contemplating issuing two seed tasks with the RFP (comments welcome on that approach), and that the RFP has not been through the internal review process; so changes may occur. If potential offerors wish to have their company name and contact information published for potential networking purposes; please explicitly state on your submission, otherwise your information will not be published.
