Description

J&A FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) This is a notice of a contract modification that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Fort Meade, Maryland issued as a sole source modification to contract HC1047-16-F-0013, Financial Accounting Management Information System - Working Capital Fund (FAMIS-WCF) Modernization. Contract Modification was finalized October 19, 2018. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination has been made that the circumstances of this contract action deemed only one source reasonably capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized, in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by an approved Limited Source Justification and Approval (J&A). This J&A posting is not a request for competitive proposals
