- REQUEST FOR QUOTE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N00178-19-Q-0008 Su bmitted by: Sharon Kharab NAI CS Code: 334111 PSC Code: 7021 Anticipated Date to be published in FBO: 31 October 2018 Anticipated Closing Date: 14 November 2018 Contracts POC Name: Sharon Kharab Telephone#: 540-653-5569 Email Address: sharon.kharab@navy.mil Code and Description: 70 - - GENERAL PURPOSE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-19-Q-0008 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to Evolution Computers doing business as HIDevolution; custom built EVOC Z370 Laptop Computers. HIDevolution is located in La Habra, California. See CLIN 0001 and Section B of the attached SF18 for additional information. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 14 November 2018, no later than 1:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 14 December 2018.
