- Universe / NPEL Core/PEL items PR Number: 1000069551 Solicitation: SPE5EN18R0010 FSC: 5330 Nomenclature: Gasket and Rubber Items Fully Competitive items Solicitation Open Date: 10/31/2018 RFP Due Date: 12/4/2018 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 223 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 5083 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited on a Total Small Business Set a Side. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only and contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is 120 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please see clauses DLAD 52.217-9006/9007/9008/9009/9010 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 1/18/2019 The Government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered. "Vendors should note that these requirements are NOT solicited on an "all or none" basis and proposals made on this basis will NOT be considered. Each item will be evaluated based on the proposal for that particular item independently of the proposals for other items."
