SF18 Solication Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 09 November 2018. Solicitation N0042118Q0030 is issued as Brand Name. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for Software Support of MFG: Schneider Electric USA, Inc. under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. ***Basis for Award*** While not set aside preference will be given to small business respondents. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
