- Draft Performance-based Work Statement The purpose of this Request for information (RFI) is to solicit input from i nterested Respondents to provide comments, opinions, and recommendations in approaches to implement activities that support an electronic supply chain management information system that allows for transparent, effective, and more efficient management of all health commodities from the point of origin to the point of delivery, as described in the attached PBWS. USAID/Zambia would like feedback on the entire document. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for information and planning purposes. It is neither a Request for Applications (RFA) nor a Request for Proposals (RFP); and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government.
