Travel north from starting point to County Rd 202 and head west on County Rd 202 to County Rd 119. Turn north on County Rd 119, travel north to Hwy 20/26 (W. Yellowstone Hwy). Turn southeast on Hwy 20/26 (W. Yellowstone Hwy). Travel southeast to Hwy 26 by-pass and head east. Travel east on Hwy 26 by-pass to Hwy 254 (Old Salt Cr Hwy). Travel northeast on Hwy 254 (Old Salt Cr Hwy) to Howard St. and turn east to Interstate 25. Turn south on Interstate 25 to Bryan Stock Trail. Travel east then south on to Bryan Stock Trail to North Platte River. The initial tenant for this acquisition will be the United States Geological Survey (USGS). 2. Office and Light Industrial area should all be on one floor, contiguous. The government reserves the right to approve or disapprove other building designs. 3. A fully serviced lease is required. 4. Offered space shall meet all Government requirements including, but not limited to, Fire & Life Safety, ABBAS, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. 5. Offered space shall not be located within a 100/500 year flood plain. 6. Offered space shall be within boundaries identified above and on the attached map. Properties with frontage directly upon the stated boundaries shall also be considered. 7. In compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act and E.O. 13006, when operationally appropriate and economically prudent, the Government will consider historic buildings and sites within historic districts.
