Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential MANUFACTURERS who can provide the following: Lease of a mobile CT scanner with the following capabilities: Minimum 64-slice Unit left on-site Most updated/current version of hardware and software available from the mfg. 3D reconstruction package Capable of performing the highest quality CT scans including a Vascular scanning and 3D reconstruction package for CT angiography Must be FDA approved for a trailable configuration Trailer housing CT must be capable for patient wheelchair access Trailer must have ADA patient lift with guardrails for wheelchair and stretcher patient access with an outside remote switch hand control. Unit shall have the ability to perform CT exams of the head, neck, body, and extremities with the capability to perform 3D CT angiography. Minimum table capacity of 400 lbs. CT must send DICOM to our archiving system and must be an already approved VA and AGFA DICOM interface. Unit must have air conditioning, heating, and emergency backup generator. Lease would be for a base year with a possibility of two additional option years. Delivery would be to: Walla Walla, WA VAMC Potential sources having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Karen Rhodes at Karen.Rhodes@va.gov no later than November 10, 2018. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; whether system is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 334517 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Karen Rhodes via e-mail.
