- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires maintenance for its 125 Intermec Barcode Scanners/Mobile Computers (CN70) that are used with its asset-management system/solution. ATF intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with Annams Systems Corporation (dba Sunflower Systems) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302. The forthcoming Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) will serve as ATF's determination not to compete this action. The award will be made IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13. If only the Base Year is awarded, then the total should not exceed $20,000; if the Base Year and up to 4 Option Years are awarded, then the total should not exceed $106,000. Since THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICIATION/REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS, ATF will consider the information it receives from interested parties as market research for similar buys in the future.
