- ***ALL offerors are REQUIRED to acknowledge receipt of ALL amendments.*** CHANGE in DUE DATE: The due date for Quotes is chnage to 2 PM EST, Nov 16, 2018. This is Amendment 3 for combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 83310119Q0001. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and includes amendments through 2005-100 FAR revisions effective August 22, 2018, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The small business size standard is $32.5 million. The Export-Import Bank of the US anticipates awarding a performance based firm fixed price single award IDIQ and shortly thereafter, the initial Task Order for a virtual location to provide EXIM a solution capable of, but not limited to, a secure data storage site to house documents and provide workflows features as needed for review, discussion, approval or disapproval of EXIM Bank transactions to ensure file sharing with internal and external Bank users cannot be compromised. The system shall be capable of, but not limited to, integration with other systems within EXIM's operations and be able to provide such things as migration of records to and from legacy systems. The Government posted Amendment 1 with answers to these questions October 31, 2018 and Amendment 2 with additional questions/answers November 6, 2018.
